It’s that time of the year again – the Brisbane Summer Water Polo Competition commences the first week of October.
Barras are holding their annual Season Launch on Sunday 8th October to welcome all of the new players and connect with returning players. Come along and get to know better the coaches, team managers, committee members, and other players and parents.
Again we will be holding the Last Man Standing competition where the winning player will be awarded free membership for the season. Bring your swimmers, dive in, and try your luck or apply your skill to be the lucky winner.
A BBQ and cake stall will provide for a late breakfast/brunch. Tritons have kindly offered to run the BBQ and Cake Stall.
Uniform and Supporters gear will be available for sale.
To help make the day a success we need volunteers to assist in various ways, so please enlist to help in whatever way you can:
- Set up on the morning of the 8th October from 7.30am to 9.00am
- Pull down and clean up at 11.00am to 12noon.
- Provide goodies to sell at the cake stall.
- Provide or source a donation for the raffle.
