Two weeks to go to redeem your FairPlay Vouchers!


This is a courtesy reminder that all Round 9 FairPlay vouchers must be redeemed in Enquire by 5pm Wednesday 6 December 2023. Enquire will close after this time and Round 9 vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Note: all families should have presented vouchers to registered activity providers by Wednesday 22 November 2023.

How to redeem vouchers

Log into your Enquire account Click on ‘Redeem Voucher’ Follow the prompts in order to redeem your vouchers How to check all vouchers are fully processed

Log into your Enquire account In the home screen, you will see a list of redeemed vouchers Any questions?

If you still experience any issues with redeeming FairPlay vouchers, please email us on pdu@dtis.qld.gov.au with the details of your enquiry as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for a response.
